Electronics Assembly

The Apex Electronic Assembly Department is a integral element in the manufacturing process. Its strong electronic engineering support and equipment can execute basic and sophisticated electronic assemblies. Processes include:
Testing and inspection equipment, such as computerized in-circuit testers and visual comparators, are available to support complicated PCB assemblies with hundreds of components: Clean Room Facility – To ensure that high quality products are always produced by controlling the environment that the products come into contact with, two clean room facilities were installed by Apex in July 2005. The grading of those rooms are rated Class 1,000, and Class 10,000 respectively.

| Insert Molded Full Color Decoration – Apex is one of a very limited number of companies with this superior decorating ability. We can create highly detailed products with 4-color process printed plastic sheets, vacuum form into a shape and insert them into the tool before the part is molded. The result is a ridged, super detailed part at a lower cost. |   |
| UV Digital Ink Jet Printing – The Apex digital printing system provides the most cost efficient way to reproduce high detail, high volume parts and figures. Trays of parts are prepared and scores of identically decorated precision pieces are reproduced. With this system, real 4 color process can be applied to 3D shapes. |

Each step of the process, including decoration, general assembly, electronic components assembly to final pack out, is meticulously carried out with an experienced team of line production supervision. Our fully integrated Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system is used to ensure that the most efficient planning and execution is maintained. |
